How we help
- Locate. Our investigators follow the leads families and police often do not have time to pursue: friends, social media, phones, places your teen has gone before.
- Make contact safely. We approach in a way meant to keep your teen from running again.
- Bring them to safety. Home, a hospital, or directly to a treatment program, whichever you and the professionals involved decide is right.
How it works
- Call us right away. Share what you know: when your teen left, who they may be with, phones and accounts, recent photos, and the police report number.
- Authorization. A parent or legal guardian signs consent for us to search for and transport your child.
- Investigation. Our investigators begin work and keep you updated.
- Recovery. Once your teen is located, our transport team meets them and stays with them.
- Placement. We bring your teen home or to the program you have chosen, and hand off in person.
Why a combined team matters
Finding a runaway is half the problem. A teen who is returned home without a plan often leaves again. Because our investigators work with interventionists and transport agents, your family can move from locating your child to a safe placement without starting over with a new company.
What happens next
Running away is usually a sign of something larger: substance use, a mental health condition, an unsafe relationship, or conflict at home. If your family decides treatment is the right step, our adolescent transport team can take your teen directly to a program, and our intervention services can help with the conversation.
Who we serve
We work with parents and legal guardians of minors.
