Testimonials

What families and partners say

“They never used any force, there was no disruption to my household, and no one was traumatized or scared. I received text messages the entire 13-hour journey across the country. Charles and his team are true professionals with integrity.”

A mother

“The team walked in our house, and their presence, sweet smiles and kind demeanor assured all of us that things were going to be ok. They got our precious kiddo to treatment with a smile on our child's face. These are the people you want.”

A dad

“I reached out at about 11 pm by email after reading parent testimonials. The following morning I was called as promised. Two days later our child was awakened, carefully communicated with, able to dress and depart. One of the happiest days of recent years.”

Donna, a grandmother

“My daughter needed transport from an acute hospital to a mental health program. My concerns were taken seriously and her transport was built around them. That she did not feel threatened, from the very beginning to the very end, speaks strongly of everyone involved.”

A mother

“All the information David gave is exactly how it went. He was true to his word. Taylor and Anthony were respectful, organized, professional and compassionate. Their teamwork was seamless.”

A mother and dad

“I had visions of a goon squad sweeping my son away in the middle of the night. NTT was the polar opposite. They were so kind and gentle with my son that he went with them willingly, even shaking their hands. On a five-star scale, I give them a 10.”

Frequently asked questions

What is treatment transport?

A professional team travels with a person from where they are to the treatment program that has accepted them, and stays with them until they are admitted. We plan the trip with you, book the travel, and keep you informed from pickup to arrival.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on distance, travel method, team size and timing. Generally there is a transport fee based on time and distance, plus expenses such as flights, fuel, a rental car and meals. You receive a full quote before you commit.

How much notice do you need?

We can work as quickly as the situation requires. We can be with you the same day you call, or plan a transport a month or more in advance.

Is adolescent transport legal?

Parents and legal guardians have the authority to make treatment decisions for a minor child. A parent or guardian signs written authorization before any transport.

Can you transport an adult who does not want to go?

Adults decide about their own care. We transport adults who have agreed to go, even reluctantly. If your loved one is refusing, start with our intervention services.

What happens on pickup day?

Our team arrives at the agreed time, introduces themselves, explains what is happening, and travels with your loved one to the program. You hear from us along the way and the moment they arrive.
