When you call, email or send the request form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, who you are asking for, the service you need and anything you write in the message box. We ask you not to put detailed medical information in the form; we collect what we need by phone.
How we use it
To respond to your request, plan and carry out a transport or intervention, and keep you informed along the way. We share information only with the people you authorize and with the clinical teams directly involved in care.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This website
The site itself keeps no account and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Form submissions are sent to our coordination team and are not stored on the web server.
